What to look for this week:

Here’s what you can expect from us this week!

Tuesday, Feb. 8: Coverage of the grand opening of Campus Kitchen. The ceremony for the opening of the program begins at 9:40 a.m. in 1889 Grill Room and President Lambert and his wife, Laurie, will be in attendance. 

Wednesday, Feb. 9: Look for coverage of a report from student Shanna Van Beek, who studied abroad in Egypt for four months and will share her experiences in the country and thoughts on the current unrest.

Thursday, Feb. 10: SGA will hold it’s second meeting of the semester Thursday night – look for notes from the meeting from assistant news editor Melissa Kansky.

Friday, Feb. 11: Look for an article from news editor Kassie Cloos about the significance of social media throughout the country and around the world.

Saturday, Feb. 12: Check this News Blog for updates from news editors and reporters about the stories they worked on this week and what to expect in the following week’s issue.

Sunday, Feb. 13: Check this News Blog for next week’s “Sunday Sweep,” providing a wide range of information and links to an issue that matters to you.

Monday, Feb. 14: While enjoying Valentine’s Day, check our Website for information about a new program looking to recognize young alumni from Elon.
